Paul Pelagalli has extensive Family Court experience. He has represented clients in custody and support proceedings, as well as proceedings involving termination of parental rights, abuse and neglect of children, juvenile delinquency and persons in need of supervision. Mr. Pelagalli also provides representation in divorce proceedings and in the negotiation and preparation of separation agreements.
