Paul Pelagalli has been the Planning Board attorney for the Town of Clifton Park since 1992, except for a four year period when he was the Clifton Park Town Attorney. Mr. Pelagalli has also represented a number of other municipalities and private clients regarding planning and zoning issues. He has extensive experience with the State Environmental Quality Review Act, litigation in both state and federal courts, and the drafting of municipal legislation.
